Caesars NY has launched a mobile sportsbook app. It claims to be the greatest app of all time, loaded with Caesars’ Rewards and multiple ways to bet on sports.
Every sportsbook in NY has its own unique offerings to make them stand out against its competitors. For Caesars NY, they are the only place where you can earn Caesars’ Rewards when you play. But what is Caesars Rewards?
Simply put, Caesars Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to book hotel stays, dine out, and taking part in entertainment activities at over 50 Caesars Rewards destinations.
In all honesty, for us, the selection of markets was underwhelming for Caesars NY compared to what they offer in other states. They offer just 11 markets, although some of these can be expanded upon; for example, clicking on the Auto will then offer more specific options such as NASCAR, Formula 1, and IndyCar.
So, on initial appearances, it can seem like there is less available than what Caesars NY offer on their sportsbook app.
It seemed that Caesars was pretty competitive with most odds, however, quite often, they can offer worse odds and better odds for different options on the same game. For example, on the Money Line bets for the MLB game between the Cleveland Guardians vs the Kansas City Royals, Caesars offered -125 and +105 respectively. Whereas BetMGM NY offered -120 (that’s +5 better) and +100 (that’s -5 worse).
We then checked out some NBA action. This time, comparing odds offered on total points scored in the Philadelphia 76ers game versus the Toronto Raptors with FanDuel NY. Caesars were offering -110 for both options of over 220 points and under 220 points. However, for over 220 points, FanDuel NY was +2 better at odds of -108 but beaten by Caesars by being -2 worse for scoring under 200 points at -112.
The Empire State saw online sports betting legalized on January 8th, 2022, following the passing of legislation that was supported by state Sen. Joseph Addabbo Jr. (D-Queens), who is the chairman of the Racing, Gaming and Wagering Committee. The legalization was also supported by Assembly Gaming and Wagering Committee Chairman Gary Pretlow (D-Mount Vernon).
The major welcome bonus being offered by Caesars NY for new customers looking to get in on the action is a risk-free $1,250 bet. This means that if you place your first bet and it loses, your bet is insured up to the value of $1,250, which will be returned to you as a single free bet.
And win or lose, you’ll also get 1,000 Reward Credits® and 1,000 Tier Credits
The bet credit must be used within 14 days of receipt, which should appear in your account within 2 days of your losing wager being settled.
Promo Code: SCZRSBFULL
The main promotion that is available, to both new and existing customers, is Caesars Profit Boosts. These appear when you are placing bets, and offer you a potential boost to your returns. They are not available on all bets, but your slip will show you when you can take advantage of them.
If your bet is successful, you will not only receive your net winnings but the additional winnings from your Profit Boost as well, which are calculated as a percentage of your bet return.
And best of all, the Profit Boost winnings are paid out in cash, not as a Free Bet or other credits like with most promotions.

Should you need to withdraw larger amounts than those listed above, you would have to get in touch with Caesars NY’s Customer Support. Who are there to guide you through the process of making larger withdrawals.
The user experience starts the moment that you enter the site. Before you even get a chance to look at anything, you are shown a signup window to create an account. This happens on both the mobile web version and on the desktop. It’s a quick simple process that takes a couple of minutes tops if you have all the details you need to hand like your Social Security number.
You don’t have to signup right away though, you are able to click to complete the process later to allow you to explore the site. At first glance, it seems well laid out. Your account options are located in the top right, a list of all sports markets is listed down the left, with the center of the screen showing featured current and future events that are taking place.
However, there is a bar at the top of the screen as well that offers a number of popular sports to bet on, plus the ability to see all live events currently taking place. On the desktop, this is unresponsive. However, on a mobile phone, it is easy to scroll across to see everything.
The app is available on both the Apple and Google Play stores, they are by far the best way to go when using Caesars NY. It is much more responsive and intuitive than the desktop site. Just tap, swipe and away you go.
Caesars NY offers a good customer service experience, with numerous channels to find the information you need, or to get the help you require. The first stop to check is their FAQ pages, where you can find a whole host of information from issues with payments, rules of certain bets, and how to ensure you gamble responsibly.
If that part of the site or app doesn’t have the information you need, their customer support team is available seven days per week via a Live Chat service. You may have to wait a short while to get a response, but usually, it takes minutes to get a helpful member of staff to deal with your queries.

The best thing you can do is to research what you’re betting on. Study statistics, look at current form, past head-to-head meetings, and whether a particular team is having an injury crisis. All these aspects can impact a result, as can many others. But the better prepared you are, and the more research you do, the better the chance of success.
Overall, Caesars is an excellent sportsbook that offers competitive odds across a number of markets. They have a good selection of deposit methods, and some popular withdrawal methods too, but payout times are some of the longest in the industry. There is definitely more good than bad with Caesars NY, but they do need some major improvements on their website to bring it up to the quality that the app offers.
Whilst they offer a large number of markets to bet on, the most popular on the app are:
MLB
NBA
NFL
NHL
