Caesars NY has launched a mobile sportsbook app. It claims to be the greatest app of all time, loaded with Caesars’ Rewards and multiple ways to bet on sports.

Every sportsbook in NY has its own unique offerings to make them stand out against its competitors. For Caesars NY, they are the only place where you can earn Caesars’ Rewards when you play. But what is Caesars Rewards?

In all honesty, for us, the selection of markets was underwhelming for Caesars NY compared to what they offer in other states. They offer just 11 markets, although some of these can be expanded upon; for example, clicking on the Auto will then offer more specific options such as NASCAR, Formula 1, and IndyCar.

So, on initial appearances, it can seem like there is less available than what Caesars NY offer on their sportsbook app.

It seemed that Caesars was pretty competitive with most odds, however, quite often, they can offer worse odds and better odds for different options on the same game. For example, on the Money Line bets for the MLB game between the Cleveland Guardians vs the Kansas City Royals, Caesars offered -125 and +105 respectively. Whereas BetMGM NY offered -120 (that’s +5 better) and +100 (that’s -5 worse).

We then checked out some NBA action. This time, comparing odds offered on total points scored in the Philadelphia 76ers game versus the Toronto Raptors with FanDuel NY. Caesars were offering -110 for both options of over 220 points and under 220 points. However, for over 220 points, FanDuel NY was +2 better at odds of -108 but beaten by Caesars by being -2 worse for scoring under 200 points at -112.

The Empire State saw online sports betting legalized on January 8th, 2022, following the passing of legislation that was supported by state Sen. Joseph Addabbo Jr. (D-Queens), who is the chairman of the Racing, Gaming and Wagering Committee. The legalization was also supported by Assembly Gaming and Wagering Committee Chairman Gary Pretlow (D-Mount Vernon).

If that part of the site or app doesn’t have the information you need, their customer support team is available seven days per week via a Live Chat service. You may have to wait a short while to get a response, but usually, it takes minutes to get a helpful member of staff to deal with your queries.

Overall, Caesars is an excellent sportsbook that offers competitive odds across a number of markets. There is definitely more good than bad with Caesars NY, but they do need some major improvements on their website to bring it up to the quality that the app offers.
